Last Thursday and Friday, I sailed with my son from Niantic to Mystic Seaport to attend the WoodenBoat Show. We left Thursday afternoon and eventually arrived in the early evening, anchoring in the anchorage just above the Seaport. We stayed overnight, and the next morning we met my father who had driven over. It was a repeat of last year’s event, only without the rain; it was absolutely perfect weather! That afternoon Harry and I sailed back to Niantic, and we’re already looking forward to going again next year.
