1964 O'Day Mariner Ad

This interesting advertisement for the "Permanent Boat Fair" in New York was published in the November, 1964 edition of the Rudder magazine. Apparently, the Fair was a year-round exhibit of boats including the Wayfarer, Dyer Dhow and many others. From what I can find out, this did not last very long, and the address listed below now belongs to a Hallmark store (among others) as well as many apartments for rent. Take note the Mariner is only listed as "O'Day".
